This project consisted of the construction of a new 4,985
SF, single-story wood-frame building with masonry
veneer and a shingle roof. As the construction
manager, Sheridan Construction collaborated with the
architect to meet the Owner’s budget despite the steep
increase in construction material costs at the time.

The project was a completely new standalone facility
with a typical banking interior with an open concept main
lobby with tellers line and support offices. The vault
was prefab purchased and installed by the owner’s
contractor, as well as the banking equipment (tube
system, etc.). The site also included 34 parking spaces.

The property had originally been a cotton field so there
was a tremendous amount of unsuitable soil onsite
which required the entire site to be undercut and remediated.

Sheridan Construction provided preconstruction and
construction management services, in addition to
self-performing portions of the work to include finished
carpentry.
