Sheridan Construction was hired to construct a new
10,355 SF branch office for Security State Bank. The
two-story, wood-framed, brick veneer building features
executive office space, a conference room, a training
room, and a reception/lobby area. Interior features
include extensive wood trim casework throughout the
building, large tile flooring in the open-concept lobby.

Exterior features include 26-foot tall columns on
both porches, nine-foot-tall doors, two drive-through
teller lanes, and an ATM lane. The scope also included
landscaping, parking lot, and brick signage with a digital
clock and temperature gauge.
