Sheridan Construction was selected as construction
manager for the AgGeorgia Farm Credit Corporate Office
after submitting qualifications and a construction budget.
This project consisted of the construction of a new 17,000
SF steel frame, two-story building with brick veneer and
a built-up roof. As the construction manager, Sheridan
Construction worked closely with the architect to meet
the owner’s budget despite the steep escalation of
construction material costs at the time. The facility has
extensive millwork trim throughout and a large training
area that can be separated with a folding partition.
Sheridan Construction provided preconstruction services
and construction management services. We also self-performed
portions of the work, including site work, concrete, and millwork.
The project was completed within the owner’s
original schedule. We were able to return $75,104 in
savings to the Owner, which enabled them to add
enhancements to the facility
