Building two was the first building constructed on the campus in 1963 with an addition in 1979. The 38,375 square foot building houses administrative offices, classrooms, vocational labs, and a library. The low ceilings, lack of natural light, and disjointed layout created a space that felt claustrophobic and dismal. Interior space was not functional, and circulation was confusing.

We maximized space utilization, and created a centralized student services. The scope included the demolition of interior walls, removal of some of the ceiling to allow for higher interior volume, exposing the core of the building by constructing a center circulation, and more. Additionally, we installed new exterior windows in all classroom spaces except the computer lab, added an entrance from the existing parking lot, and relocated certain spaces to fashion the centralized student services.
