The Georgia Southern Central Warehouse is a 57,000-square foot, one-story project, designed to function as a higher education facility. The new warehouse was a design/build project.

We were awarded the project in April 2015 and completed the design and GMP by June 2015. Substantial completion of the project was concluded in May 2016. The warehouse had 7,000 square feet of office space and remaining space to house archeology repository, central receiving, ETS, a costume shop, a record and archives room, and a museum.
