The project consisted of the construction of a new
5,336 SF, single-story wood-frame building with
masonry veneer and a standing seam metal roof. As
the construction manager, Sheridan Construction
collaborated with the architect to meet the Owner’s
budget despite the steep increase in construction
material costs at the time. The building featured
extensive millwork trim throughout and basic office
space. The back area of the building was left as shell
space for future build-out.
Sheridan Construction provided preconstruction and
construction management services, in addition to
self-performing portions of the work to include finished
carpentry.
The project was completed ahead of schedule and
under the original GMP
