The project consisted of the construction of a new 5,336 SF, single-story wood-frame building with masonry veneer and a standing seam metal roof. As the construction manager, we worked hand-in-hand with the architect to meet the owner’s budget despite the steep escalation of construction material costs. The facility has extensive millwork trim throughout and typical office space. The back area of the building was left as a shell space for future buildout. As construction manager for the project, we provided preconstruction services, managed construction and self-performed portions of the work, including finished carpentry. The project was completed ahead of schedule and under the original GMP.
