Ortho Georgia’s, Warner Robins Campus Project consisted of two separate buildings. One housed their existing practice and the other was a matching empty shell.  Our work consisted of developing the shell building, to include a reception area, MRI area, and physical therapy department.  The addition constructed between the two buildings consolidated the practice and provide additional floor space for the physical therapy department, storage area and a break room space.

The challenge was to create the addition and perform the renovation while the practice continues to see patients.  To achieve this, we coordinated with the owner to develop phasing of our work.  The first phase developed the new space for the owner to occupy while we renovated the old space.

Due to the owners need of exam space, the renovation of the old area was broken into phases so that the practice would be uninterrupted.  The first phase developed exam rooms in the old physical therapy area.  Upon completion of these exam rooms the practice could shift patients while we renovated the remaining exam rooms, x-ray area, and the reception desk.
