Sheridan Construction did the renovations of an existing auditorium of roughly 4,591 SF on the first floor of a concrete structure in Lupton Hall on Oglethorpe University’s campus. Accessible restrooms were added to the first floor. Work included architecture, interiors, MEP, CSAV, and Life Safety. We were able to complete this project without any Owner Change Orders and return $32,000 of Project Contingency.
