Sheridan Construction was hired to construct a new 43,000 SF multi-story, state-of-the-art science facility on the campus of Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville. Features of the new building include instructional labs, research labs, administrative offices, and classrooms, as well collaboration and community outreach spaces to support the University’s STEM goals and objectives.

Sheridan Construction stayed within the stated cost limitation and returned $100,000 in contingency to add the end user’s desired wish-list items, which included enhancements to landscaping and addition of sun shades; a two-story decorative wood wall in the main lobby; and a roof-top planting area with concrete pavers.
