Sheridan Construction knows the importance of quick turnarounds for summer school work. Within two months, Sheridan completed 60,000 sq. ft. of total renovation to Byron Elementary that included demolition, new ceilings, new floors, new paint, new doors, new electrical and plumbing, new millwork, as well as new masonry walls, and new toilet accessories and partitions.

In order to meet the scheduled date of completion, we were required to complete an average of 1,000 sq. ft. per day of renovations. The project was completed on time and budget, even with a $420,853 change order to replace the entire intercom system throughout the school.

Sheridan Construction returned $30,000 of savings to the client.
