Sheridan Construction was contracted to complete dormitory repairs for Mercer University’s Atlanta Campus. The project’s scope included reframing all exterior walls, repainting the apartments, providing new flooring, brick veneer, stucco, windows, cornice, gutters, and downspouts. The project also included exterior work, such as new parking lot sealcoat, line striping, and landscaping.

One of the primary challenges faced during this project had to do with the exterior walls, 90% of which were rotten and infested with termites. This required all walls to be removed and reframed. Additionally, many of the apartments were infested with mold. We removed and replaced all the affected sheetrock.
