Sheridan Construction teamed with Lentile Construction to provide construction management services for the new Pierce County High School in Blackshear, GA. One of the main attributes of the project is the 28,000 square-foot fine arts auditorium, which includes multiple classrooms, storage areas, practice rooms, music libraries, instrument and uniform storage area, and multiple administrative offices. The auditorium has a seating capacity of 481 and features two grand entrances and a production control room. The stage area includes state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and theatrical lighting. Backstage features a spacious production room, makeup areas, dressing rooms, and multiple storage equipment rooms. The project also includes an outdoor amphitheater in the interior courtyard of the school.
