Sheridan Construction was hired by OrthoGeorgia to perform CM At-Risk services for the construction of a new three-story, 54,000 SF medical facility dedicated to spine and orthopaedics care in Macon. The state-of-the-art facility includes patient registration and waiting areas, surgical prep, two surgery suites, an MRI, a CT scanner, two X-ray suites, 44 patient exam rooms, physician offices and an in-house physical therapy area. Constructed of structural steel frame on concrete foundations with an exterior envelope consisting of brick, glass curtainwall and ACM metal panels, the OrthoGeorgia Spine and Orthopaedics Center is a landmark, high-profile medical building in the Central Georgia region. It also received First Place honors as an Associated General Contractors 2019 Build Georgia Award project.

We completed our new Spine Center with Sheridan Construction and could trust them in every aspect of the construction process. The project was handled with excellence, integrity and quality. Their [Sheridan Construction] reputation goes beyond its buildings and into the value for customers ensuring ease in communication and to work with day-to-day.
