With student enrollment steadily increasing, Oglethorpe University hired Sheridan Construction to perform renovations and expansions to its student residence halls. Scope of work included MEP systems and interior finish upgrades to Jacobs and Schmidt Residence Halls. Our team also performed a complete interior renovation to Goodman Hall, which originally opened on the Oglethorpe University campus in 1956 as a residence hall but recently had been home to several administrative departments. The newly renovated Goodman Hall can now house 50 residents in double rooms with community hall bathrooms and a large common room open to all residents.

Construction began in April 2020 and was completed in late August.
