This facility includes instructional rooms designed to allow faculty and students to simulate elementary and secondary classroom conditions. The building features two large-tiered classrooms and a resource center with extended hours for use by regional teachers. The building also provides secondary science labs, faculty offices and support areas, open computer labs, and general classrooms.

Sheridan Construction demolished three existing buildings to make room for the new building. Although the project was not specifically a LEED project, Sheridan Construction still practiced Green Principles by crushing all masonry and concrete for reuse as fill material. We also diverted waste from the landfill, including all metals, bulletin boards, interior doors, and other finishes.
