This project consisted of a new service shop that required new storm sewer, utility relocations, slab on grade, pre-engineered metal building, mechanical/electrical/plumbing rough-ins, car lifts, hose reels, epoxy flooring, painting.

This project also consisted of expanding the existing service drive and interior renovations to the showroom and sales area. This included structural steel, slab on grade, EIFS, acm panels, epoxy flooring, tile/carpet flooring, new bathrooms, painting, ceilings.

We finished this project 2 weeks ahead of schedule and were able to return over $11,000 in owner savings. The client had two change orders totaling $119,225.
