Sheridan Construction was hired to perform interior renovations, including flooring replacement throughout the school with new carpet in classrooms, administrative offices, and media center, new LVT installed in corridors, hallways, and cafeteria, and new sports court flooring installed in the gymnasium. Fresh paint throughout the entire school, including hallways, classrooms, and gym ceiling.

Existing countertops and sinks were replaced in classrooms, and administrative areas also received new countertops. Existing light fixtures were replaced with new LED fixtures in the admin, media center, and hallways. The kitchen freezer/cooler was demolished and replaced with a newer freezer/cooler. The existing modular stage in the cafeteria was demolished and replaced with a new permanent stage. Exterior parking lots were re-sealed and re-striped.

Challenges were related to the quick turnaround expected on a summer school renovation and led to changes to floor color selections to ensure material procurement in time for installation.
