Sheridan Construction completed the renovation and modest expansion of the Canoochee EMC facility in Pembroke, Georgia. The scope of work included both exterior and interior upgrades aimed at modernizing the facility while improving functionality and aesthetics.

The project featured a new drive-through teller line addition with a matching brick façade, a complete replacement of the roof, and the installation of new metal and AMC panels. Upgrades also included new storefront windows and entrance, metal canopies, asphalt resurfacing, landscaping, irrigation, and a new septic system.
