This project was a new 66,200 SF Toyota dealership. The first floor has a deli area, kids play area, spacious sales area, parts department and service department. The second floor has an exercise area and the corporate offices for Butler Automotive Group.
There were no change orders and the savings of $75,000 was used to develop an executive conference room and suite. The project was completed 36 days ahead of the contract completion date.
