Sheridan Construction was selected as construction manager for Blue Bird’s interior buildout of the 2nd floor East and West wings at Highridge Centre in Macon. The project consisted of substantial interior demolition and a 40,000 square-foot renovation. The four-story building was occupied and we managed construction to reduce noise pollution and maintain safety for the building’s other occupants. The completed project included high-end finishes such as a marble reception desk, five coffee break areas, an executive breakroom, and a board conference room with automatic blackout shades and Smart Glass that transforms to obscure when energized. As the construction manager, Sheridan Construction provided pre-construction services, managed construction and self-performed portions of the work.
