Described as the nicest building in town!

Sheridan Construction was hired to construct a new 7,400 SF branch office for AG Georgia Farm Credit in Royston, Georgia. The single-story, wood-framed, brick veneer with cast stone building features a large executive office space, nine general offices, a large conference room, and a reception and lobby area. Interior features include extensive wood trim casework throughout the building, tile flooring in the restrooms and lobby, carpet in the office spaces, and LVT flooring in the breakroom and rear hallway. A mechanical mezzanine houses the mechanical equipment and is accessed by a ship’s ladder. Exterior features include pergola-style trim above the windows and front entrance, as well as on the monument-style brick road sign. The project also included landscaping and a parking lot.
