Sheridan Construction was hired to construct a new one-story, 6,700 SF medical office for a local plastic surgery practice. The facility features an outpatient surgical suite with four recovery beds, five patient exam rooms, a procedure room, an aesthetic room, patient reception area, and separate waiting areas for surgical and procedural patients.

The experience from groundbreaking, to beam signing, to ribbon cutting was an opportunity to build a space, relationships, and memories for our family and practice.
