The ARA Dialysis Center was a 6,776 sf  interior build-out. The schedule was extremely tight with the scope of work. The available space was constructed to a large dialysis area, water treatment area and office spaces.  With the tight schedule subcontractors had to work night shifts to maintain the scheduled completion date. This job was very fast paced, and came in under budget.

The Sheridan Construction Project Manager and Superintendent were superior, easy to work with, and detailed. They were able to complete this project on time and within budget, providing us with a very successful project, and a beautiful new facility for our patients and staff. It was a pleasure to work with everyone at Sheridan Construction.
