The project consisted of a one-story demolition of six existing patient rooms in the central core of the existing hospital. The foundation, structural system, and envelope all consisted of masonry work. Upgrades to the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and medical gas systems were constructed. New interior partitions, medical head walls, lighting, and finishes were installed. During construction, the Owner added upgrades to the adjacent corridors and finishes, including new ceiling, flooring, and painting.
