Sheridan Construction was hired to perform interior and exterior renovations to convert an unoccupied hospital building into a Senior Living facility. The building had been constructed in the early 1930s and had been abandoned for several years, resulting in major roof damage, mold issues and deteriorating conditions throughout the interior. Sheridan Construction’s work involved mold remediation prior to extensive renovation construction and working with the State Fire Marshall’s office to bring the building up to code specifications.
